GOOD EVANS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shipping within NZ is at the rate of $8 per order or FREE if your order is over $65.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Orders are sent via courier with tracking or drop off without signature needed, please note there is no delivery or despatches on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays.
You can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 days after we have despatched (add extra days for rural delivery). Once your order is despatched you will receive an email with tracking details.
If an item is out of stock or on back order, we will contact you by email.
Our apologies but at this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
All prices and delivery charges on our Good Evans site are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST.
We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at any time. If this happens after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing.
Good Evans are committed to your satisfaction and will replace any faulty products. You can return any faulty products to receive a full refund of the purchased price or exchange the purchased products for products of the same dollar value within 7 days of delivery. Good Evans will not process refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
To return a faulty product you have purchased from our website you will need to contact us in writing with the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Let us know when you purchased the product and what your order number was.
- Provide us as much detail as possible about the issue along with photos and videos to help explain the issues.
- Batch numbers for the faulty product.
- Your contact phone number so we can get hold of you.
Once we have received your information one of our customer services team will be in contact with you.
